Kaarkhana is our lightweight manufacturing ERP designed for small and mid-size Indian factories. It handles production planning, BOM management, inventory tracking, job scheduling, and dispatch — all from a single browser-based dashboard. No SAP-level budget or 6-month implementation required.

Yes. Alongside our flagship products, we take on select custom product development projects — typically SaaS platforms, internal tools, and mobile apps. We work best with founders and product managers who have a clear problem to solve and want a team that ships fast.

We primarily work with React/Next.js on the frontend, Node.js and Python on the backend, PostgreSQL for databases, and AWS for infrastructure. For mobile, we use Flutter. Our DevOps stack includes Docker, GitHub Actions, and Terraform. We pick tools based on the problem, not hype.

Kaarkhana starts at ₹4,999/month per factory. For custom development projects, pricing depends on scope — most engagements range from ₹3–15 lakhs depending on complexity and timeline. We provide transparent quotes after a discovery call.

We're based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Our team works from CoWrks Tower in Whitefield. We work with clients across India and have a few international customers as well. Most collaboration happens over Slack, Figma, and weekly video calls — location rarely matters.
